Angela M. Mirabole

Angela Mirabole was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where she embarked on her educational path at H.B. Plant High School, graduating in 1995. Angela pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where she earned a degree in Sociology with Honors in 1999. Her dedication to academic excellence was further recognized during her time at law school, also at the University of Florida, where she obtained her law degree with Honors in 2003. Notably, during her law school years, Angela’s passion for Intellectual Property law led her to obtain a Certificate in Intellectual Property, showcasing her commitment to specialized legal fields. She also showcased her scholarly abilities by publishing “Written on the Body: Intellectual Property Rights in Tattoos, Make-up, and Other Body Art,” in the prestigious UCLA Entertainment Law Review, further highlighting her contribution to legal scholarship.

Angela began her legal profession working for a national insurance defense firm. She defended insurance companies and large corporations, handling claims as diverse as construction defect claims, personal injury claims, and medical malpractice claims, to premises liability and product liability claims. Her trial experience as a defense attorney gave her the knowledge and experience needed when she switched career paths and began representing plaintiffs.

As a plaintiff attorney, Angela honed her legal skills at a boutique law firm specializing in Whistleblower and Class Action litigation on behalf of consumers. Her experience in handling complex legal matters and advocating for the rights of individuals positioned her to contribute to the Mass Tort and Class Action Department at the largest plaintiff firm in the country. Angela’s admission to practice in the state courts and Middle District of Florida underscores her comprehensive understanding of Florida’s legal landscape and her ability to navigate diverse legal challenges effectively.

Currently, Angela resides in Tampa FL, and is a lifelong equestrian. For many years she competitively showed American Saddlebred horses. In addition to show ring successes, she formerly served on the board of The American Saddlebred History Museum in Lexington, Kentucky.
