Mr. Brown has conducted hundreds of mediations in a wide variety of cases including wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, general negligence, homeowners insurance disputes, commercial insurance disputes, insurer bad faith, global settlement conferences, commercial business disputes, real estate disputes, construction litigation, and homeowners association disputes.

Represented Plaintiffs and claimants in cases including wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, construction defects, negligent security, general negligence, insurer bad faith, homeowners’ insurance coverage disputes, commercial insurance coverage disputes, and professional liability insurance coverage disputes.

1999 – 2006 Progressive Staff Counsel

Defended Progressive and Progressive insureds in litigation and also supervised all attorneys and staff while simultaneously handling a full caseload.

1998 – 1999 Rogers, Dowling, Fleming & Coleman

Insurance defense litigation, handled cases for numerous insurers including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction defects, commercial litigation and coverage opinions.

1995 – 1998 Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida

Prosecuted and tried all types of criminal cases from misdemeanors up to and including vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, sexual battery, second degree murder and first degree murder.
