Armando A. Rodriguez-Feo
Armando A. Rodriguez-Feo is a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Appellate Mediator. He has over 25 years of legal experience, including roles as a civil trial attorney, criminal defense attorney, prosecutor, and in-house counsel. Before becoming a full-time neutral, Armando spent 11 years as an in-house litigator in The Walt Disney Company’s Parks and Resorts segment, handling personal injury cases, commercial disputes, and employment matters. He also served as Disney’s subject matter expert on employment law for all its Florida operations, including Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney Vacation Club.
The Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District has certified Armando as a district mediator, and Martindale-Hubbell has rated him AV-Preeminent—the highest peer rating standard for attorneys.
Armando mediates a wide range of cases, including automobile liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, amusement and theme park liability, first- and third-party insurance and bad faith claims, civil rights claims, employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour disputes, Florida and federal whistleblower cases, cruise ship crewmember and passenger claims, contracts, and other commercial disputes.
Before joining Disney, Armando worked as a civil trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division in Washington, D.C., where he served as first-chair in multiple commercial and employment cases. He also served on active duty for over 10 years with the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG), working aboard ships and major shore installations in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Since leaving active duty in 2007, Armando has continued to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve and currently holds the rank of Captain (O6).
Armando earned his law degree from the University of Miami in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, the District of Columbia, and all federal district courts in Florida.
