Our Mediator Team

Phil is an attorney, member of the Florida Bar, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He is a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution as the parties can attain a definitive result versus an uncertain outcome that occurs when a jury decides liability and damages.

Having conducted hundreds of mediations in a wide variety of cases including premises liability, general negligence, motor vehicle accidents, homeowners insurance disputes, commercial insurance disputes, commercial business disputes, real estate disputes, construction litigation, and global settlement conferences, Phil has the experience and expertise to assist in the resolution of your dispute.

Prior to dedicating his expertise to providing professional mediation services, Phil worked for several law firms representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various types of litigation.

Phil grew up in Central Florida and attended Trinity Preparatory School, Winter Park High School, and Rollins College.
