Our Mediator Team

Phil specializes in pre-suit, court-ordered, and private mediations in civil disputes. Phil is an attorney, Member of the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Prior to dedicating his expertise providing professional mediation services, Phil worked for several law firms overseeing both transactional and litigation matters; and has acted as in-house counsel for multiple organizations. His legal practice focused on first party property claims as well as complex commercial litigation and transactional law.

Before practicing law, Phil was a highly successful salesperson in the software field and has earned numerous Presidents’ Club performance awards.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys traveling and attempting to play golf.
